Thank you Travis - I did not know about Robert Frank’s covered car image. But I recently found myself taking pictures of three covered cars, so now it all makes sense!

I can't believe he did this to you.

The worst part about it is that he doesn't even know. He's just out there in the world making great photographs like it never happened.

Just started watching the series last night. So far, enjoying it. Jason is a very interesting person.

Thanks for the pointer.

You’re welcome! I only watched the Hido episode but I did find Jason’s enthusiasm to be very endearing.

I still like the shot too.. but interesting to hear that he smeared his windscreen! Thanks for sharing this. I'm definitely going to check out that episode. Thanks!

Great post.

I think I read somewhere that Todd Hi-dough (thank you for the tip on pronunciation - I thought it was pronounced Hee-dough!) smeared his windscreen with washing up liquid to get the smears just so.

Unfortunately the Jason Momoa show isn't available in the UK (I've just looked). Shame as it looks like an interesting programme.

Thanks Andrew!

I was told that it was Hee-Dough also, but he corrected Momoa's pronunciation to Hi-Dough.

If you checked for the episode using my show link, check again. I wrote that it's an Apple show, but I was wrong, it's on MAX. I fixed the link.

He does adjust the smudges on the windshield! Makes it almost painterly.

Thanks Patrick. I appreciate it. I like it too, except when I don't.
