Agree on the Moriyama book. And you made me laugh with your comments on Portnoy's Complaint. A few years' back there was a trend to be reading A Little Life on public transport. All of those commuters all reading about fairly brutal acts of sadomasochism. I couldn't see the good in that book.

I daydream about starting a magazine sometimes. I think my zine project this year was a subconscious dry run at it.
It will probably cost you a bunch of time and money and I still think if you can pull it off, you should do it.
